NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
Is a method of coding the strategy of a persons behaviour.
When you decode someone’s ’excellence’ strategy, you have a code to model and replicate that behaviour of ‘excellence’ in others
By recoding or reprogramming, you can change non-resourceful behaviour. In this training we cover some of the components of that code.
It is also an attitude of curosity to improve the way people communicate, motivate and build relationships with others.
NLP helps you understand how verbal and non-verbal communication affects our physical and emotional state and the way this impacts on the ability to think clearly and get things done.
We focus on the process of how people are communicating rather than analysing why they communicate the way they do.
